DTF Transfers and Turnaround Time (TAT) 1.1. We sell DTF transfers, and our typical Turnaround Time (TAT) is 1-4 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Returns and Lost/Damaged Orders 2.1. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason. 2.2. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders due to USPS or UPS. We strongly urge customers to purchase ROUTE insurance for protection. In the event of loss or damage, you may file a claim through ROUTE to seek reimbursement and repurchase the item.
Defective or Wrong Items 3.1. For defective or wrong items received, please email us at elenamariadesigns@gmail.com immediately to address the issue. 3.2. If you need a replacement for defective or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping Times 4.1. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be shipped before contacting us, although we strive to have all Ready-to-Ship (RTS) orders dispatched within 1-4 business days.
Sales Final and No Cancellations 5.1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we do not accept order cancellations.
Color Variants and Shirt Colors 6.1. Please be aware that color variants may be slightly different from the mockups due to ink mixing for color accuracy. 6.2. Some shirt colors may bring out colors more prominently than others.
Proper Heat Press Use 7.1. We suggest using a laser thermometer to ensure your heat press is neither too hot nor not hot enough for ALL transfers. 7.2. Our transfers are intended for one-time use only.
